SHIPPING

Molten Blu ships via USPS and UPS, and offers free in-store pickup at our Amherst, MA location.

Rates:

• Free economy shipping on all US orders over $150
• Standard and express shipping available at an additional cost
• Free in-store pickup at 44 Main Street, Amherst, MA

Timing:

We do our best to ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Please allow up to 4 business days for processing. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information — please note it may take up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Once your package is in the hands of USPS or UPS, delivery times are outside our control. Most domestic orders arrive within 5–7 business days. We recommend ordering with enough lead time to account for any carrier delays.

International Shipping:

Shipping fees vary by destination. The purchaser is responsible for all duties, import fees, and customs charges.
